Wow!! What a feast you and Chalie prepared for us last Saturday!

Melissa, I cannot thank you enough for making my 50th birthday party run so smoothly. You had a tough audience at my party with 15 Spanish people, among my 90 guests, and you did not disappoint!! You tapas were excellent, the paellas were delicious and the salads with amazing dressing. Thanks you also for briefing my there boys and his friends so well so they could be my “waiters” for the day. You definitely love what you do and I was very impressed by your professionalism. Well done!! I cannot wait for my next party now to have you back!
