Vamos Paella catered for my wedding for 150, serving a three-course meal as well as an evening buffet. They started by serving some beautifully presented canapés with the welcome drinks, as well as providing waiting staff and all the catering hire.

They then served a range of sit-down tapas to the tables. Guests then went up to four huge pans of delicious paella: chicken, pork, chorizo and chard; black rice with squid ink; a vegetarian paella with wild mushrooms, asparagus and hazelnuts; and lamb with artichoke cooked with olorosso sherry – all were cooked to perfection and served with a smile.

We then had three yummy desserts: a croquembouche, which was a beautiful centrepiece, as well as a classic lemon tart and a red berry fruit salad. For guests who were still hungry and for our extra evening guests, they provided a stunningly presented cheese tower, decorated with fruit and flowers and served with crackers and home-made chutneys.

The service was great and staff were still smiling at the end of a long day. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
