Paella Parties

PAELLA

Cooking paella turns any party into a real fiesta! Paella is a great communal dish at the heart of any celebration and will provide a focal point for your party catering.

We offer a delicious range of paellas, from Spanish classics like the Valenciana to arroz negro (black squid ink rice), to cater for your vegetarians, pescatarians and meat-eaters alike.

MENUS

We have created three enticing Spanish menus, ideal for weddings, paella parties and corporate events; they allow you to combine our delicious tapas and paellas with salads, breads, salsas and desserts.

Our menus will infuse your event with our love of Spanish food; they're inspired by regional Spanish recipes and Moorish influences and feature all time favourites such as gambas al ajillo, pinchos morunos, albondigas and pisto.

Tapas

TAPAS

Our hot and cold tapas combine the true essence of Spanish flavours with their vibrant colours: quails eggs with cumin, succulent salchichas de chorizo and the contrast of sharp Manchego cheese with sweet quince jelly.

Our tapas make perfect canapes for weddings and parties or can serve as hearty sharing platters for sit-down meals.

DESSERT

Why not finish by treating your guests to some of our delicious desserts? We can offer beautiful fruit tartlets, creme brulees and fruit salads. And our croquembouches really are a show piece.

Or if you fancy something savoury, we offer a range of cheese towers decorated with fruit and flowers and served with crackers and home-made chutneys.

Vamos did the main catering for our wedding in August 2015. They provided three different wonderful paellas and three different starters, which were all really great. They also provided the crockery and cutlery as well as the waiting staff and a brilliant maitre 'd.

Everybody enjoyed the food and some even had seconds! This was just what we wanted for our wedding food, so we were so pleased that we could do it and that it was all so yummy! Matthew Edwards September 2015
