TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our minimum spend is £900 on catering. Please note that we have de-registered for VAT this year due to COVID-19, but will be re-registering next year. This means that we are not allowed to add VAT to our prices quoted now. However, our quotes will be subject to an additional 20% VAT once we’re VAT registered again.

Deposit

We ask for a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is payable 14 days before your event.

COVID-19

In light of the unprecedented circumstances we are in, we have decided to waive the following cancellation fees for our existing clients for the foreseeable future:

4 weeks before your event – 50% fee; 2 weeks before your event – 75% fee; 5 days before your event – 100% fee.

We will offer all existing clients the chance to postpone their event to any date up until the end of December 2021 at no cost whatsoever.

We are allowing clients more time to decide whether they wish to go ahead with their event, asking clients to confirm either way within two weeks of the date of their event.

Cancellation

Our normal (non COVID-19) policy states that if you cancel for any reason, our cancellation fees are as follows:

12 weeks or more before your event – 25% fee (ie you will lose your deposit); 4 weeks before your event – 50% fee; 2 weeks before your event – 75% fee; 5 days before your event – 100% fee.

Travel

We travel within 15 miles of Brighton free of charge. We charge £40/hr for travel for events further away.
