We have a minimum spend of £2000 on catering costs.

Deposit and final payment

We ask for a 20% deposit of catering costs to confirm your booking. The balance is payable 1 month before your wedding or 14 days before your party.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel for any reason, our cancellation fees are:

12 weeks or more before your event – 20% fee (ie you will lose your deposit)
4 weeks before your event – 50% fee
5 days before your event – 100% fee

Travel

We travel within 15 miles of Brighton free of charge. For further events, we charge £40 an hour.

Vamos Paella Ltd does not accept any liability for any failure to provide our services due to an ‘Act of God’, ie circumstances beyond our control (including flooding, fire, severe traffic congestion, car accidents or any foul weather conditions).

We reserve the right to change our prices within reason at any time without further notice.
