We can cater for up to 500 guests in one sitting and more on a rolling basis; if your event is themed, we're happy to work with you to tailor a menu to reflect this.

PAELLA
Our paellas are a great communal dish and create real food theatre as we cook up giant pans of paella to serve piping hot, straight from the pan.
We use authentic Spanish recipes in our paellas: chicken cooked in Oloroso sherry from Cadiz, arroz negro as well as the Valencian classic: chicken, rabbit and green beans.
TAPAS
Our tapas menus combine traditional Spanish tapas with contemporary recipes.
Our canapés are perfect finger food for standing parties, while our sharing boards and dishes make great starters.
STAFF
We can recommend local companies to provide experienced and professional staff to look after your guests so that you can relax and enjoy your party.
For larger events, we offer maître d's to ensure your event runs on time and to plan.
