Vamos Paella was set up by Melissa in 2011. After years of living and travelling in Spain, we decided to become paella caterers in the UK.
We’ve been cooking Spanish food for over 10 years at our beautiful Finca Los Chispos in Murcia where we cook our paellas over wood from the orange and lemon orchard.
One October morning our first consignment of paelleros arrived on a palate from Valencia and Vamos Paella was born and we haven’t looked back.

Our ethos is simple: to use the finest, fresh produce from local ethical suppliers: free range chickens from family-run butchers and seafood from our coast.
We source our Spanish ingredients - our cured meats and cheeses, Calasparra rice, saffron, ñoras, pimenton dulce and olive oil - from Brindisa in Borough Market.
