We chose Vamos Paella for our wedding in August, and we couldn't have made a better choice for our catering. Everything was absolutely perfect, with excellent choices for vegans and coeliacs alike. We opted for canapés, paellas, salads and breads and it was all delicious and the timings were spot on. A huge thank you to Melissa and the team for making the whole process so easy and for delivering such incredible food and service on the big day. I recommend to anyone!

The food was exceptional, our friends and family are still talking about, most saying it was the best food they had even eaten at a wedding. Some even say it was the best Paella they have ever eaten! I think we would have to agree with. We honestly could not recommend Vamos Paella enough!

Vamos Paella catered our wedding in Kent in September, and were totally fabulous. We had a lovely tasting meal at Melissa's house and instantly felt that she and her business partner were going to be calm, capable, warm and provide us with a wonderful feast They were really flexible as we figured out what we wanted, dealt with dietary requirements brilliantly (no sad second-rate veggie/vegan options here!) and did an utterly heroic job on the day when severe weather meant all plans went totally out of the window. It was very wet and windy, we were horribly behind schedule, and had to change plans (including location) at the last second, but they took it all in their stride, and faultlessly served truly delicious canapes and paella to 130 of us, staying later than planned to accommodate our changed timings, and generally being super-supportive and cheerful even in the eye of the (metaphorical and literal) storm. People loved the food, the service, and the day. I'd recommend Melissa and team 100%.

Vamos Paella catered our wedding earlier this September, and were absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious (I wish I'd eaten more!) and the service was impeccable. The serving staff and chefs were professional and polite and ensured that everything ran like clockwork. We used Vamos Paella for our wedding in June and from the moment of our first enquiry through to the day itself, Melissa and her team were nothing short of amazing. Organising a wedding for so many people was a daunting prospect and getting the food just right was one of our top priorities but Melissa completely took away any stresses or anxiety we had. She always made herself available to answer questions we had and offered up so much additional help and advice along the way, from looking over our list of catering hires to recommending how much ice to buy in for the bar! Melissa also organised the waiting staff for us and they deserve a special mention too. Nothing was too big an ask for the team. Like Melissa, they all went above and beyond to ensure not only that everything ran smoothly but also that my husband and I had the best day possible. The menu Melissa designed was absolutely delicious. All the guests commented on how good the food was and my only regret is that I didn’t eat more! I would not hesitate to recommend Vamos Paella and we can’t thank Melissa and her team enough for helping make our wedding so so special.

I couldn't recommend Vamos Paella more highly. We were let down at the last minute by a caterer for our wedding but the moment I phoned Vamos Paella I knew that everything would be OK! Melissa was completely calm despite my panic and they were able to organise attending at 3 days notice. The food was excellent and our guests really enjoyed it. We are real foodies and on the day the food was incredible (even better than we had remembered!) and all our guests absolutely loved the tapas and the paella, and the family atmosphere Spanish food never fails to generate. Vamos Paella provided the most delicious food and brilliant service at our wedding in Hampshire. Melissa couldn't have been better, from the moment we met her during the tasting we knew she'd be completely organised and responsive. As the wedding was fairly DIY (in a garden!) she totally understood we needed help ensuring we had all the necessary equipment, cutlery and crockery and was great giving pointers and remembering things we would have forgotten! The food itself was absolutely amazing with lots of guests saying it was the best wedding food they'd ever had!! There was great choice and the fact that guests could have seconds went down very well. The team on the day couldn't have been better, they were all so friendly and organised, turning around the marquee from ceremony to dinner to evening without any faults. We really couldn't be happier and would recommend Vamos Paella to everyone! Thank you!!

I cannot say how amazing your team were today providing three different types of paella with salads at our Sunday lunch the day after our wedding. Wonderful! Dealing with Vamos was easy and they made good suggestions throughout the process. Competitively priced too compared to other suppliers I contacted. The party day itself ran so well. The starters and paellas were fresh and fab! The catering team couldn't have been more helpful with Bea a particular asset. The staff were very efficient and friendly, very smiley, seemed relaxed and nothing was too much trouble even 12 hours after starting! Vamos Paella recently catered for our wedding at Grittenham Barn. The experience was exceptional from start to finish, with Melissa taking so much care and time to listen and understand our requirements. We contacted Melissa to cater for our evening house party in North London for 60 people. From start to finish we experienced exceptional service. We had planned to use our garden, someone had other ideas it’s started raining at 2pm and didn’t stop! - we were a bit stressed, but once our Chef Oz turned up and started cooking the paella from the Comida Menu that we had chosen, we knew it was all going to be ok. Two wonderful ladies, accompanied Oz, Meriel & Ruta who took control of setting up the bar, and then serving food & drink. The clearing up and washed glasses just happened! It made the party effortless for us, we had such a great time - thank you.

When we decided to get married, we thought Paella would be a very good idea to feed our guest as half of them were Spanish and we wanted them to feel as welcome as possible to UK. We then found Vamos Paella and they were very easy to deal with. We went to Melissa's house and she welcome us with lots of lovely food to try and definitely we went home with full belly's and very happy thoughts. The wedding day was absolutely a successful day! All our guest were so happy with the food Vamos Paella delivered and very impressed with flavours. The team was fantastic and very professional, they catered to all our needs very well. Melissa, Beatrice and the whole team were exceptional to work with. They took to the time to understand our needs and the uniqueness of the wedding so that by the time the day came everything ran smoothly. Feedback from the guests was that the food was of a high quality and the service was second to none. We are so appreciative of everything they did, even though it was raining! Nothing seemed to phase Melissa in terms of me changing plans and numbers and adding extras at short notice! Melissa also took lots of trouble to go and check out the space at the venue and liaise with the team there so I felt really confident it would all work well and we were really thrilled with the result. The service provided by Vamos Paella was excellent. They catered for our wedding party and were extremely professional throughout. We asked them to cater for 50 but in fact about 60 people turned up. Nevertheless the paella dishes managed to feed everyone and all comments from guests were positive. The cheese tower was our centerpiece and was beautifully decorated with flowers and fruit. I would highly recommend this company for any event. Communication with Melissa was straightforward and advice was clear. We had a great party and the paella team really contributed to the day.

Thank you Melissa for catering at mine and Liam's wedding (105 adults and 44 kids)! You were amazing. The food was incredible - our favourites were the mini chorizos and the paellas (Liam loved the veggie one and he is a staunch meat eater! whereas I liked the classic mixed one) - and everyone, Spanish, Portuguese and British agreed it was delicious. The waiters and Bea, the maitre d', were impeccable, pleasant and incredibly professional - it all went so incredibly smoothly, I was so glad to not to have to worry about a single thing. The lunch was beautifully served (I heard rave reviews of the roast beef sandwiches and the tartlets) and the dinner was such a huge success. I wish you and your business the very best and would recommend you unreservedly to anyone looking for a caterer. Thank you so much! The highlight of my birthday party had to be the paella from Vamos! Their staff on the evening (Bea and Shelley) were wonderful so very professional and calm yet warm and friendly at the same time - the food they produced was superb, on time and efficiently distributed. All the guests were raving about the various delicious paella flavours, how many they had tried and which they preferred. They also picked the perfect spot to cook so that as the guests walked into the party they were greeted by the wonderful aroma and spectacle of the cooking. The whole service from the initial phone call to Melissa to the clearing up by the team when they left was outstanding - thank you Vamos!

We used Vamos for our wedding reception - catering for 130 guests, setting up the tables and serving with the maitre'd co-ordinating the day. The food from tapas to paella was delicious and looked really wonderful, lots of out guests commented how tasty it was and what a novel idea paella is for a wedding reception. The service was very professional and we barely noticed the staff who efficiently served and cleared canapes, tea and coffee and dessert as well as the main meal. We also hired crockery and cutlery and overall thought we got really good value for money. We were able to tailor what we wanted for our big day and were delighted with the excellent service we received.

We hired Vamos Paella for my recent 50th Birthday Party. We wanted someone to cater for us but didn't want the cooking in the kitchen. Vamos is the perfect solution. The team arrived and set up in the garden and within a very short time the smell of wonderful fresh paella was drifting in to the house. We went for a chicken/chorizo/seafood option and mushroom/vegetable option. We also had 2 waiting staff. I can't recommend the team highly enough. Great food, no fuss and was certainly a talking point at the party.

We hired the excellent Vamos Paella for a 50th Birthday dinner last weekend. From start to finish, the process was friendly, helpful and professional. Katherine and Bea cooked up a storm and the food was greeted and enjoyed with much gusto. Everything that we ordered for tapas was delicious and beautifully presented. The paella and black rice was mouthwateringly good and there were plenty of left overs for the next day! Always a bonus. The setting up and clearing away seemed effortless. I'm so glad we hired Vamos Paella, their food really made the dinner special.
