Vamos Paella

PAELLA

Cooking paella isn’t just about the food; it’s a spectacular party piece and a great communal dish. Our paella catering creates real food theatre for your guests as we cook up giant pans of delicious paella to serve piping hot, straight from the pan.

We use authentic Spanish recipes for our paellas: chicken cooked in oloroso sherry from Cadiz, black squid ink rice from Valencia, rabbit and almond paella from Murcia, as well as the more typical Valenciana.
