  • We use Arbequina extra virgin olive oil in our Vamos Paella catering, made with olives grown in Navarra, northern Spain. The Arbequina variety has always been highly prized for the fresh, fruity oil it makes.

  • All our paellas are cooked using a home-made sofrito (rich tomato sauce) as a base to add real flavour.
