Join Vamos Paella at the party for a landmark 25th Anniversary Charleston Festival – an extravaganza of books, ideas and performances, and of course, tapas and paella!

We’ll be cooking up some of our signature paellas for hungry festival-goers: wild mushroom, asparagus and hazelnut; chicken with artichokes and oloroso sherry; mixed seafood with monkfish, mussels, squid and king prawns.

Spanish tapas

We’ll also be offering some of our classic Spanish tapas to give you food for thought: padron peppers, flash-fried in olive oil and rock salt; manchego cheese with quince jelly; Jamon Serrano; pan tomate; and tortilla.
