What events do you cater for?

All kinds of events: weddings, garden parties, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, christenings, summer and Christmas staff paella party, family fun days, charity events, product launches and fund-raisers.

What's your set-up?

We usually set up outside under our plain black gazebo (3m x 3m). Level ground is best.

We can cook indoors; however, you'll need to check your venue's insurance to see whether that's possible.

We'll also bring a couple of tables to serve from, and can supply biodegradable food boxes, wooden forks and napkins free of charge.

Do you need power or water?

We're completely self sufficient in terms of power as our gas burners run off propane gas. We'll bring our own battery powered lighting if it's dark.

Access to water is useful so we can fill our handwash unit, but not essential as we can bring our own.

Yes, our minimum spend is £2000 on catering costs.

Yes, we offer tastings for weddings in the autumn in Brighton. They're a great chance to try the food you're thinking of having and to talk through your wedding plans.

We charge £25pp for tastings; however, if you decide to book us, we refund this on your final invoice.
